MIND: A Physical Enabling and Survival Instrument Generated from and for Physical and Social Experiences

The mind comprises various functions that converge to form a single entity known as the mind. “I create and shape your world, and I continue to do so,” states the mind.

#EMOTION_PLAY: My mode depends on the button you press. Think to feel; feel to think; feel to embody.

The mind is not a tool for generating misery, depression, or acts of self-sabotage; rather, it should serve the opposite purpose. However, the mind can appear limited, as it often assumes the shape of what you project into it.
Now, envision me as both negative and positive; I can embody both natures to the extreme, declares the mind.

The trajectory of intellectual and cognitive processes directly shapes the "flavor" or mode of Emotion_Play. Similarly, the quality of these emotions reciprocally influences the direction of thought.

In the pursuit of self-understanding, there are four essential stages:

1. Body – The first stage, representing physical awareness.

2. Mind – The second stage, involving cognitive processing.

3. Emotion –feel to think, think to feel

4. No-Mind Consciousness – The fourth stage, transcending mental activity.
The mind separates to define; it doesn’t grasp the inherent oneness of existence but introduces indifference instead.

Consciousness, by contrast, is indifferent to itself.

From the core to the emotional level, everything flows in a harmonious rhythm, yet the mind divides it into pieces.

This has to be this, and that has to be that; they cannot merge.

Though common features may exist, there are also differences—features that are missing or appear distinct in comparison.

You cannot be both a man and a woman simultaneously; if you embody both, you fall into yet another category, distinct from either alone.

Likewise, you can’t be both old and young at the same time.

The mind compares and categorizes in diverse ways.

MIND: I can be both turbulent and peaceful, but I am only ever what my master wants me to be in any given situation. If I am polluted, it is because I am patterned and compulsively conditioned to perceive things through a negative lens. I do not need the tension that clouds clarity. (says the mind)

#THOUGHT_PROCESS
All thoughts seek expression when given attention. If you wake up feeling unhappy about life and the world around you, you may be falling victim to the tricks of the mind.

The thought process shapes and molds our emotions. Thoughts come and go, but only those that are intense and prolonged find genuine expression in our emotions. It is these persistent thoughts that keep us awake, the ones we dwell on.

Negative feelings do not simply descend upon us; anxiety often results from the misuse or enslavement of the mind.

If the thought process were a fully conscious act, we would realize that every thought that finds expression within us first receives our attention, before becoming illuminated into  experiencing/awareness. illumination process involves energizing and absorbing thoughts,
For most people, however, this process is compulsive:
negative thoughts repeatedly find expression due to this unconscious/compulsive illumination of thoughts.

Resourcefulness and Potential of the Mind

No matter the state of a situation, successfully navigating it always depends on the level of awareness within the mind involved.

Emotional and Mental Well-being

Emotional and mental well-being are not inherently tied to success. I choose to think and feel emotions of well-being simply because it is good for me.

If happiness is linked only to success and accomplishments, then it becomes conditional and dependent. With that mindset, misery becomes inevitable. It is well known that no one can achieve all the desires they hold throughout their life. Yet, when we fail to reach a goal, we may punish ourselves, harboring self-criticism and even self-sabotage, because each desire feels so significant that failure seems to justify suffering.

For humans, the desire to grow and expand is continuous and endless. This drive is unique to us, unlike animals and other less-evolved creatures, whose primary focus remains on survival and basic well-being.

Desire itself is not inherently bad, but what happens when the pursuit of it fails us?
After all, we identify so deeply with our thoughts, philosophies, and feelings that we become one with them; everything hurts when something goes wrong.
In these moments, the mind becomes clouded, philosophies turn negative, and feelings grow bitter—leaving us feeling half-alive.
We can attribute this to the relentless competition and pressure to succeed, a deeply ego-driven tradition.

#The_Trend,
The trend is the foundation of competition at any given time.
Sometimes, we compete for things we don’t truly need simply because they’re trendy, willing to risk everything for them.
It’s ironic that if no one cared about what or how much we had, we’d focus only on what we genuinely need, not on following trends.
Yet, for the sake of the trend, we compete regardless, even at the cost of our physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

On December 9, 2022, at 9 AM, someone said this to me:

"Don’t you know that there’s no rest in life? The only time for rest is in death. Money and success-oriented people are not new to us, but you are risking your well-being by working all the time. You’ll lack clarity in life because success and money will always be your focus. Life is far deeper than that.

Consider this: those who lack well-being are much closer to death than a lazy but happy person who knows how to rest. I don’t encourage laziness, but I believe resting is more important in life than just work, work, work. Constant working leaves no time to sit quietly and truly understand life; all you will know is what you are told and taught.

Of course, it becomes a form of slavery to others' ideas unless you learn to think for yourself and discover what works best for you. Because you may struggle to do this, you end up talking about beliefs, closing yourself off to the possibility that life can be more than what you have been told.

A luxurious life may be someone’s idea of happiness, but today, one person’s idea can become a general expectation, even for those for whom it doesn’t work. Meditation should be essential, not just a trend; it allows you the time to understand yourself, your individuality, and what truly works for you.

Happiness is not inherently attached to external objects; you are the one who makes that mistake. It’s important to cultivate an unwavering sense of contentment:

With or without success, I’m okay.
With or without achievements, I’m okay.
With or without future plans, I’m okay.
With or without dreams and visions, I’m okay.
With or without people and partners, I’m okay.
In the light or in the dark, I’m okay.

One should be able to sit back, live, and enjoy life without the fear of tomorrow or the pressure of making plans, because tomorrow is not promised.

__DATA/MEMORY FUNCTIONING
Mind: I process all collected data and continue to accumulate more. Without data, intellectual functioning is put on hold, as intellect requires information to remain active. Without intellect available to utilize memory and identity, there is no mind. Thus, the mind consists of these interconnected functions:

Intellectual Functioning

Identity Functioning

Memory Functioning

The last aspect of functioning on my list is Chita. Being a dimension of intelligence, it does not function with or utilize memory and identity, nor can intellectual dissection penetrate it. For this reason, I have made sure to separate it from what we generally understand as the mind, which is primarily composed of the three major functions mentioned above.

Intellectual Functioning: This aspect is responsible for information processing and dissection. Once processed, the details are passed down to the Emote, which becomes the center of emotional response. The information then circulates back to the intellect.

Identity Functioning: All you are is your ego; otherwise, you are a mere emptiness. If you want to be this, be this; if you want to be that, be that. However, everything you were before, and even in your current state of being, is ultimately emptiness—perhaps filled with data, but that is not your true identity.
You, the reader, have a name; you are either male or female, you belong to a certain race, a specific country, and a particular religion, among other identifiers. Some of you are even ready to kill or die for that with which you've identified. The mind endlessly replays these identifiers so that you never forget, much like how your body remembers what your ancestors looked like, thanks to the memory that shaped your physical form.

The mind separates to give definition; it does not comprehend the oneness of existence. Instead, it creates indifference. Everything is one, but the mind presents it in pieces: this is this, and that is that. They cannot come together if they are one. This separation highlights common features but also differences in appearance. You cannot be both a man and a woman; if you are, that places you in another category altogether, which is still different from being a man or a woman in the conventional sense.

Memory Functioning: There are various aspects to memory functioning. Your very shape, color, hair texture, and appearance are formed by genetic memory. Additionally, there is karmic memory, evolutionary memory, articulate and inarticulate memory, among others.

NO MIND

A time without me is a time of rest  for my master declares the mind ,a day without me is a pure sky, free from the busyness of clouds. There are certain things I cannot influence much, but of the mind, I am fully in charge of its state and mode. I will use my mind to self-heal, not to self-sabotage.

The mind that others use to self-sabotage is the same mind that a few use to build and create themselves. This is primarily because they have mastered their mind.
---
The mind should exhibit a perfect sense of well-being and always be resourceful. However, the mind is not capable of being a master; rather, it should be mastered. The mind is only beautiful when it is under control.

I will always direct my mind to wish me the best, for it is also capable of manifesting the worst if I let it.

Life has no inherent meaning; we must give it meaning. Many of you have started defining your lives without carefully considering the words you use. This can lead to inevitable pain.

It's tough living among circles of unconscious minds.
This is just the human world as we know it.
It's not only about survival—often, the mind doesn't work in most people's favor.
Much effort is required to turn things around, yet many are unwilling to put in the work.
Instead, they carry their wounds, and as they bleed, others they encounter are made to bleed as well.
